Please check the following possibilities:
A-1)Promotions give points at different times. If only 1% of the points for a promotions you took part in have been received, it may be to do with us. Check the time for granting points on the day of the special points promotions.
A-2)It is not the time for points to be granted. When normal purchases are made on Rakuten, points are granted the following day. Please check again when it is the appropriate time. *The time when points are granted varies according to the service. See the Rakuten Super Point rules for the timing for granting points for each service including Rakuten Travel, Rakuten Auction and cooperative purchases in Rakuten marketplace.
A-3)The service isn't being used by the appropriate memberPoints are granted to the member's account used at the time of using the service and points obtained on different users cannot be used, shared, transfered or combined. Please confirm the number of points using the user ID and password of the member used for the service.
A-4)The service isn't used with a Rakuten membership Points are granted when using a Rakuten membership and using a point-granting service, or when registering (speed registration) after a normal purchase in the Rakuten marketplace. Points are not granted when not using your membership. If your order does not show here, you may not have used your membership or a different membership may have been used.
A-5)The order price was less than 100 yen. For purchases on any relevant service under 100 yen points, are not granted.
